Unlock a User Account
If a user has locked their user account while trying to activate their account, the SaaS Customer Administrator can unlock their account.
After the account has been unlocked, the user can attempt to activate their account again.
To unlock a user account:

Log on to User Manager using one of the following links:
- Enterprise customers: Click Manage User Accounts.
- US-only Enterprise customers: Click Manage User Accounts.
- Click Unlock Users.
- On the Unlock Users screen, enter the name of the employee or click the Search button to identify the employee whose account is locked.
- Select the check box next to the employee whose account is locked, and click the Apply button.
